Responsibilities

Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) Administrator for the 26 NOS provides maintenance, operations, logistics and engineering services to ensure secure, reliable and uninterrupted availability of the 26 NOS Networks. The ESS Administrator will be responsible for the operation and system administration of McAfee ePO servers supporting the AFINC Weapon system and associated management tools. This position is subject to up to 10% travel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide system administration and maintain operations of ESS servers.
• Implement ESS migration/compliance strategy.
• Troubleshoot ESS product issues and outages.
• Administer ePO tree structure management.
• Administer policy catalog management.
• Coordinate ASI details and planning as needed.
• Maintain product and system patches, O/S, SQL, and McAfee suite.
• Resolve ePO server (O/S, ePO, or SQL) issues.
• Maintain the ePO server (automated tasks, task scheduler, database maintenance tasks, etc.).
• Experience with the application of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) to operating Systems, SQL, McAfee policies/products, Information Assurance.
• Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) monitoring and application, system vulnerability scanning and mitigation of findings, and remediation of findings.
• Strong Microsoft Server 2016 troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience with Endpoint Security Solutions to include Trellix Application and Change Control (Application Whitelisting).

Clearance

• Must have an active DoD Secret Security clearance with the ability to obtain and hold a Top Secret Clearance / Special Compartment Information

Required Certifications

• CompTIA Security+CE or equivalent DoD IAT-II Certification Required
• Candidate must have a DISA HBSS/ESS ePO 201 and 301 Certifications (501 is useful, but not required)
• Candidate must have MTA or MCSA Certification
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing McAfee ePO Application
• Should have experience operating in a DOD unclassified/classified networking environment
