The role:

As the Global IT & Information Security Director at Critical Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and stability of our IT infrastructure worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our IT and information security initiatives with a friendly approach.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our global IT operations, managing the implementation and maintenance of our IT systems, and ensuring compliance with information security standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute the IT strategy to support our business objectives.

We are looking for a proactive and experience IT professional who is passionate about information security, has customer-centric mindset, and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You should be able to effectively manage IT projects, lead a team and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement the global IT strategy and roadmaps in alignment with business goals
  • Ensure the security of critical company information and systems
  • Lead IT infrastructure projects, including network architecture design, server administration, and cloud services
  • Manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization

Requirements

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in IT management and security
  • Experience in a leadership role, managing IT operations at a global scale
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and cloud services
  • Experience with compliance standards such as ISO 27001
  • Excellent knowledge of information security frameworks, and best practices
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English skills – spoken and written

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

  • Relevant certifications in IT and information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
