The Position

As an Entra Security Operations Specialist, you will be a part of global team based in three time zones and will be responsible for supporting and developing services within the Entra Security services. You will play a key role in managing, operating, and enhancing our Entra Security services. We work in an Agile set-up, and you will be part of a great and fun Product team where we all work towards the 2024 and future goals for the Product team, that supports the overall strategy for Novo Nordisk. You will be working with technologies such like Entra MFA, Conditional Access, Defender for Cloud App & App governance, data protection security services and Defender for Identities. Some of the responsibilities would be: 

• Operate, develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards to protect NovoNordisk data and systems.
• Participating in building the architectural roadmap for the conditional access services in the IAM & Secure Access Mgmt.
• Develop, automate, implement, and maintain our Entra Conditional Access ruleset based on persona profiles and ring-based roll-out and explore Cloud App security products.
• Participate in incident response activities, including creating and maintaining incident response plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) .
• You have at least 6+ years of experience working with Secure Access Management tools (like Microsoft Entra ID and others).
• Understanding of Entra ID Hybrid Identities models.
• Entra ID MFA solutions operations and troubleshooting (work as a 2nd/3rd line support on Entra ID MFA services).
• Entra ID CA Sign-in logs analysis and troubleshooting experience.
• Entra ID Conditional Access policies operations and troubleshooting .
• Entra ID MFA reporting.
• Develop and maintain Knowledge Articles for end-users.
• MDI general understanding (collaboration with AD Team to support MDI agent’s lifecycle).
• Automation experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues to stakeholders.
• Experience in Incident, Problem, Change within the ITIL framework and IT infrastructure and Operations.
• Meticulous attention to detail, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Below are the preferred skills that will stand out as an applicant (good to have).
  Cloud Knowledge like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  Microsoft certifications like SC-300/SC-100/AZ-500.
  ServiceNow Tool knowledge.
  Lean Agile familiarity.

The position is based in the Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI) area, part of Global IT Operations (GITO) – a department with 450+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management and Digital Workplace Services. The Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure is an area consisting of 130+ people in 10+ Product teams with highly skilled and dedicated employees. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, and we work in a truly global setup with colleagues located all over the world. In C&CI we are globally responsible for all Novo Nordisk Cloud (Private and Public), and Corporate Infrastructure (Network and Connectivity) Services.
