Summary

We’re seeking security operators who can provide Wiz employees with a secure-by-design experience, ensuring they can be productive while protecting both our company and our customers. Qualified candidates will have experience in areas like endpoint security, identity and access management, detection and response, vulnerability management, and SaaS application security.

What you’ll do

  • Security operations tasks including, but not limited to:
    • Security alert triage, resolution and escalation
    • Develop and improve existing standard operating procedures, response actions, policies, and guidelines
    • Review SaaS application security configurations and recommend changes to IT for implementation
    • Access reviews and remediations
    • Maintain and update security systems such as antivirus / antimalware, DLP, network protection, endpoint detection and response, etc.
    • Stay current with the latest security trends, threats and best practices

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a security operations related role
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience using SIEM platforms or data warehouse tools to analyze log data for security events
  • Experience in remote first, SaaS first organizations

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and / or candidates with equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience working in organizations that develop and operate Software as a Service
