What are we looking for?

As a Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) Intern, you will play an important role supporting SentinelOne’s customers while de-escalating customer issues. Through this role, you’ll get exposure into the cybersecurity industry. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. 

What will you do?

  • Providing customer support and service to clients
  • Communications with internal and external partners 
  • De-escalating and documenting incidents from customers 

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2025
  • Interested/willing to learn about cybersecurity
  • Have an interest in sales and the ability to demonstrate leadership skill
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and
  • possess strong analytical skills
  • Enthusiastic, driven and confident: the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission, product and business opportunity
