About Futurae Technologies:

Our mission is to protect everyone’s money and online data through technology. We currently serve 5 million end-users and aim to reach 50 million in the coming 5 years. Our current technology is a state-of-the art, cloud-based multi-factor authentication and fraud prevention software. We are trusted by tier 1 banks and fintechs, such as Rothschild & Co, Barclays, Santander, Qonto and Scalable Capital. We are currently a team of 45 people in more than 10 countries, and a sales team of 7 people.

Position: Head of Sales (HoS)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland or Munich, Germany

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the European market
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to drive individual and collective success
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and overall business objectives
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities
  • Drive the adoption of sales best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS with ACVs > 100k
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling sales teams in the technology or SaaS industry
  • Experience in a fast growth environment
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German, at least
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
