Risk & Compliance Analyst 

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode) 

Experience Range: 0-1 Years 

Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security in the year 2023. Other specializations or graduation years will be considered only if accompanied by relevant courses in Risk & Compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, is required.

Resillion (Global) is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Associate based in Bangalore. This role offers a hybrid mode of working, allowing flexibility while ensuring compliance with Resillion's quality standards. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality and information security management systems in alignment with ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining, improving, and implementing the quality and information security management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 17025, etc.
  • Investigate departures from the management system and non-conforming work, initiating corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Collect data to provide insights on the performance of the management system and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize recurring events such as audit schedules, management reviews, supplier assessments, and risk and opportunities assessments.
  • Proactively address tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Quality Assurance, or a relevant discipline in the year 2023. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially SharePoint, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance or office administration is advantageous.
  • Must possess a valid work permit for India.

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to offer insights and make well-considered decisions.
  • Background in consumer electronics, software, or technology-oriented mindset preferred.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain processes and technical matters effectively.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities to handle ad hoc tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a keen attention to detail.
