The Opportunity

ElectraNet is seeking a talented Cyber Security Risk Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in safeguarding our critical infrastructure.  In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire risk management lifecycle, from identifying and analysing threats to implementing and monitoring controls to ensure compliance.  You'll also provide expert advice and guidance, working closely with internal stakeholders to build a shared understanding of cybersecurity needs.

About You

 

The successful applicant will be/have:

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience (desirable)
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented cybersecurity professional with 3-5 years of experience in a risk-related role.
  • A strong analytical thinker with a deep understanding of cybersecurity risk management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, NIST CSF).
  • An experienced communicator who can translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, Security+).
