Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert consultancy on OT Cybersecurity to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with customers based on reliability and expertise.
• Responsible for Sales & Business development for the market related to digitalization & Cyber Security.

• Foster connections with partners, orchestrating collaborations that maximize business value and enhance mutual goals.
• Be able to build strong relationship with OEMs and vendors by building a trusted relationship to satisfy their OT cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales Engineering Team to develop and finalize sales strategies.
• Chair meetings with clients to coordinate sales efforts and address technical and commercial inquiries.
• Orchestrate the formation of business partnerships and integration strategies that secure sales opportunities and target client relationships.
• Translate OT/ICS Cybersecurity needs and IT/OT integration requirements into marketable products, solutions, and services.
• Engage actively in marketing events within the designated region, enhancing brand visibility and outreach.
• Establish oneself as a prominent speaker at marketing and industry events, showcasing thought leadership.
• Create and disseminate vlogs, blogs, and white papers that either reflect current market trends or pioneer new ones, addressing customer needs.
• Provide direction and support to the Marketing team in the creation, revision, and innovation of product offerings.
• Assist the Marketing team with the development of Project Profiles, ensuring they are comprehensive and compelling.
• Work with the Marketing team to ensure that marketing materials are current, reflecting the latest industry trends.
• Lead and engage in collaborations with industry organizations (e.g., ISAGCA), IT/OT integration standards bodies, and professional communities.
• Support Operations during project implementation, ensuring that the project execution is aligned with client expectations and furthers their long-term business objectives.
• Provide expert advice to internal teams during project execution and solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Hold a relevant advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent industry experience.
• Maintain industry-recognized certifications such as ISA62443, GICSP, or others pertinent to OT cybersecurity.
• Demonstrate a track record of success in OT cybersecurity roles, with a deep understanding of industrial control systems, SCADA, and related technologies.
• Exhibit a strong grasp of regulatory standards and compliance requirements affecting OT cybersecurity, such as international bodies of NIST, NERC CIP, IEC 62443, or local bodies likes of NCA, SIA or NSA and others.
• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding teams and influencing stakeholders across various organizational levels.
