Purpose

Purpose of the Job :

The Chief Employee & Travel Security Officer is responsible for overall ensuring the security of all IST employees in the division, that IST Division’s employees security is appropriately planned, implemented and monitored in every permanent or temporarily location, anytime and anywhere, in coordination with physical security teams assigned for our productions Sites & RnD Centers.

His / her mains missions are :

to define, deploy & monitor employee security policies for all IST sites

to define, deploy & lead travel security procedures across all IST countries 

To act as leader & expert for his / her domain, especially in case of security incident or crisis with regards to the security of our people

Key Missions

Key Responsibilities / Main Activities : 

Workplace Security

To maintain, update & deploy IST employee security policies, in coordination with our physical security teams assigned for productions Sites & RnD Centers

To manage IST employee security compliance posture through permanent control (consolidate dashboards & KPIs for all sites)

Travel Security

To maintain & deploy travel security procedure, including tools and control its proper application, while ensuring compliance to the ISO 37031 standards

To elaborate security risk analysis on countries and locations and provides all necessary advices and solutions to IST managers and employees for securing their daily work & travels ; to monitor travelers and validate risky business trips

Other missions  

Incident & crisis Advisor / referent : to be the advisor / referent for all employee security topics across the division

To manage relationship with external security stakeholders (governmental, professional networks, etc..)- production sites external compliance security stakeholders (PCI, Visa, MC, AMEX, ...) are managed by IST physical security department -

To organize & lead security awareness for employee security activity  

Profile required 

Technical skills :

Demonstrated experience in employee & travel security, in another company or governmental entity (min 10 years).

Good knowledge of legal issues and adapted mindset for risk mitigation and crisis management
