Jacuzzi is looking for a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to strengthen our IT team. This role will play a crucial part in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cyber threats to protect our company's digital assets. This role will involve performing security assessments, monitoring networks, conducting incident response, and providing recommendations for improvements.

We are looking for an individual with strong technical knowledge in cyber security, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Cyber Security Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze our IT systems for potential security threats, reporting any concerns to the Cyber Security Supervisor.
  • Implement and maintain security measures and controls in line with our cybersecurity policies.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to ensure a unified approach to cybersecurity, embodying our 'One Team' value.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity by ensuring that all cybersecurity practices are ethical and align with industry standards.
  • Actively engage with and respect the diverse perspectives and skills within the team, contributing to a rich and inclusive workplace.
  • Prioritize personal and team wellbeing by maintaining a balanced approach to workload and stress management.
  • Take ownership of daily tasks and projects, showing initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement in our cybersecurity efforts.
  • $70,000+ based on experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in cyber security, IT, or similar role
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC) are desirable.
  • Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, trends and threat landscapes.
  • Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
  • Ability to identify and analyze security incidents
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
