TouchBistro is looking for an Information Security Analyst I to join our security team! At TouchBistro, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our services and data is paramount. That's why we're on the lookout for an Information Security Analyst who shares our passion for protecting our customers. The role involves analyzing security events monitoring, and implementing strategies to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Monitor security alerts and events to spot potential threats.
  • Dive deep into security data and trends to identify vulnerabilities comprehensively.
  • Respond when security incidents occur, investigating and mitigating breaches promptly.
  • Maintain and enhance incident response plans to minimize the impact of security incidents.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments to fortify our systems, applications, and networks.
  • Engage in threat hunting across environments, contributing to our content management and threat intelligence efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with our team and various departments to identify improvements and maximize operational efficiencies.

All About You

  • You have 1-3+ years of experience in security technologies, including endpoint detection and response (EDR) and cloud security tools.
  • You have familiarity with information security principles and risk management.
  • You have hands-on experience with cloud environments and security architectures, preferably AWS.
  • You are proficient in analyzing security data to identify trends and potential threats.
  • You have knowledge of security compliance frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
  • You have a relevant degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent field with security experience.

Nice to Have

  • Industry certifications are a plus!
