Job Description

The Security Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Security Department with duties related to asset protection of the Sixt fleet of vehicles, facilities, and staff.

Responsibilities: 

• Database entries
• Tracking and reporting of statistical data
• File processing and maintenance
• Reviewing, and acting upon or coordinating written requests for assistance
• Reviewing and auditing of CCTV & access log data
• Communicating with internal and external customers
• Evaluating and resolving impound notices, subpoenas, and other written notifications
• Updating and distributing policy guidance and instructions

Qualifications

• Associate degree or previous experience in a related position preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel
• Ability to navigate CCTV and access control systems
• Ability to adapt to new computer programs with ease
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present factual findings
• Exceptional interpersonal and decision making skills required
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must have the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
