Business Technology Analyst I (Systems Security Administrator)-OMBP

As the Systems Security Administrator, your primary area of responsibility will be access and account provisioning.  You will receive, analyze and process system and software access requests.  You will ensure the appropriate access for associates and vendor partners and process onboarding and offboarding requests within SLA timeframes.  You will play a critical role in ensuring access levels meet security requirements and guidelines. 

•   Process daily systems access requests to include provisioning access, password assistance and access issues.
•   Process onboarding and offboarding associates and vendor partners including Active Directory and 365 account management.
•   Responsible for quarterly access reviews and exception reviews.
•   Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) roles and permissions tables.
•   Monitor email and work queues for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
•   Create and maintain procedures related to access and access requests for applications and software. 

•   Knowledge of Active Directory. 
•   Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as appropriate.
•   Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize while delivering results.
•   Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building/deepening relationships and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service.
•   Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal and written) and active listening skills.

Desired Qualifications 

•   Experience with Microsoft 365
•   Experience with IAM/PAM Solutions

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Flexible)
