Cybersecurity Analyst

IO Global is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join their Cyber &IT team. As an Entry-level Cybersecurity Analyst, you are responsible for protecting company hardware, software, and networks from cybercriminals. The analyst's primary role is to understand company products in detail, monitor newly announced CVEs, and evaluate threats that could impact the security of the company products.

Your mission

• Compile and maintain a comprehensive listing of all 3rd parity libraries used by IOG developers in the development of our products
• Review 3rd party library origins to ensure the developers are using the authentic libraries
• CVE impact reviews on IOG products, including report generation
• Keep record of problems and their resolution
• Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
• Suggest improvements on procedures.

Requirements

Your expertise

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
• Programming experience is a serious plus - One or more plus willing to learn quickly
  • JavaScript/TrueType
  • Haskell
  • Scala
  • Rust
• Good people and communication skills
• Good document writing skills
• Must have great organizational skills to follow up with teams to ensure implementation
• Must work be able to work well under pressure - in a team and alone
• Ability to adapt and adjust rapidly changing priorities whilst maintaining efficiency.
