That’s why we need you, a cybersecurity policy specialist with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.
As a cyber strategic readiness consultant on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of our client’s current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You’ll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You’ll work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. You Have:
Experience with exercise or readiness assessments
Knowledge of the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), including how to build MET lists, review and approve METs, and assign user privileges
Knowledge of MET language
Knowledge of METs, readiness assessments, campaign plans, contingency plans, and missions
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with training
Experience with military planning training, including deliberative or adaptive
Experience with JOPES
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating with and briefing senior civilian, military, and government officials and leaders efficiently
Bachelor's degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
