ISSO / RMF Cyber Analyst

OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for an ISSO / RMF Cyber Analyst position to support our Army customer on Redstone Arsenal.

Position Description: The successful candidate will provide Information Assurance (IA) and Cyber Security support of the management, operational, and technical security controls and control enhancements employed within or inherited by an information technology (IT) system to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls in accordance with NIST 800-53. Review RMF Packages for completeness and technical accuracy. Assess documented designs for compliance with NIST 800-53 and DOD related policies for on premise and cloud-based solutions. Reviews assessment documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 Years of Experience in technical, cyber, RMF and/or ISSO/ISSM related work.
• Knowledge of IA policies, procedures and deliverables, including NIST, RMF, and FISMA
• CISSP Certification
• CompTIA Security+ CE Certification
• Hybrid work schedule, 1-2 days onsite and 3-4 days home office

Desired Skills:

• ISSO or ISSM Experience
• Understanding of Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and implementation of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
• Understanding of the Cyber Security and Information Assurance requirements as described in the DOD 5205.13 and DOD 8510.01
• Computing Environment certification (Windows 10, Linux +, Etc.)

Required Education: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
