Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience with risk management or compliance in regulated industries (i.e. financial services, public sector, healthcare).
  • Experience with security or privacy domain.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: data protection, threat modeling, incident/emergency response, security risk mitigation or evaluation, OS hardening, vulnerability management, penetration testing, access management, or familiarity with cryptographic concepts.
  • Experience in problem solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
  • Knowledge of Security capabilities of Cloud products.
  • Ability to be an influential leader of a team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

As a Compliance Program Manager for Cloud CISO, you will work cross-functionally to coordinate, manage, and facilitate compliance processes for regulated industries. You'll have a direct impact on Cloud business, as it supports cross-functional teams to unlock business for entire industries. You will ensure the business achieves its goals consistent with the law and the company’s expectations.

In this role, you'll be involved in large cross-functional coordination and have high visibility to senior leadership. You will be helping senior leadership to make decisions on risk and business impact. Additionally, you will work closely with Legal, Sales, Engineering, Engineering Compliance to drive mitigation on potential issues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls to a variety of stakeholders and customers.
  • Create and drive programs to tighten the data security and governance over our internal data.
  • Coordinate, manage, and facilitate compliance processes to provide timely deliverables. Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
  • Lead teams across multiple disciplines and domains and levels on strategic and important programs. Establish and drive continuous improvement on compliance programs across the entire cloud portfolio.
