(Senior) Security Analyst (GRC, Compliance)

Job Description

• Hybrid role in a small dynamic team, with direct access to stakeholders and possibilities to learn about a large array of topics, in a company with strong cybersecurity needs and holding security certifications;
• The ideal candidate gives a positive and kind image of cybersecurity and helps simplify and streamline security for our internal teams and customers;
• Evaluate vendors to ensure their cybersecurity level is in line with our expectations; audit them thereafter;
• Support internal teams with customer questionnaires; ensure they have an accurate security knowledge base so to not overload the Security team;
• Support product teams with customer-oriented product security initiatives, becoming the point of contact for developers and QA;
• Manage the Security KPIs and dashboards, find out improvements to improve the KPIs and ensure they are deployed;
• Organize cybersecurity awareness trainings that are actually interesting, run internal phishing campaigns;
• Own cybersecurity processes, ensure roles and responsibilities are adequately split;
• Support the rest of the Security team as backup when needed – compliance audits (ISO, SOC, SWIFT, etc.), analysis of cybersecurity risks, incident response, etc.;
• Reporting directly to the CISO.

Qualifications

• Must-have: able to present cybersecurity positively as an enabler to business rather than a constraint; able to find the best agreement suiting all stakeholders while fulfilling security objectives;
• A good general understanding of cybersecurity, cyber threats and attack vectors, to assess vendors and support customer questionnaires, but note that the role does not require an in-depth technical knowledge;
• Ability to work on multiple topics and respond to enquiries without necessarily being an expert of all topics;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and manage your own small projects from end to end;
• Experience in managing and maintaining cybersecurity KPIs, processes, and compliance programs;
• Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations applicable to the financial industry would be beneficial;
• Cybersecurity certifications would be beneficial.
