You will join Accenture Technology, which provides services spanning a wide range of technologies and helps to transform businesses on behalf of our clients. Your role will involve assisting in the management and support of the organization's computer network infrastructure under the guidance of experienced network professionals. You will be part of being at the forefront of this evolution: helping clients outmaneuver competitors by delivering high performance services – with a relentless focus on adding greater value to their business.

Right now, we are looking for Network consultant, who want to join our activities in Sweden (Stockholm) and the Nordics.

Currently, our Nordic Cloud/Infrastructure consulting team consists of over 100 dedicated employees that will provide you with all the know-how and tools that you need.

We have these tasks in store for you:

  • Assessing Network Infrastructure: Evaluate the existing network infrastructure of clients to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

  • Network Design and Planning: Develop network designs and plans that align with clients' business goals, considering factors such as scalability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Network Implementation: Assist with the implementation and configuration of network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

  • Network Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network issues, such as connectivity problems, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities, through troubleshooting and analysis.

  • Network Security: Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols, to safeguard against unauthorized access and data breaches.

  • Network Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor network performance and proactively optimize network resources to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert advice, and recommend network solutions that align with their needs and budget.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain accurate documentation of network designs, configurations, and changes. Generate reports to communicate network performance, issues, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

You in a nutshell have:

  • Consulting Experience: 2-3 years of consultancy experience in establishing go to market offerings, presenting point of views on different technologies.

  • Education and Certifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required. Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or CompTIA Network+ are highly valued.

  • Network Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, and wireless networks.

  • Network Security Skills: Experience in enabling zero trust network architectures, ZTNA, CASB, DLP, Sandboxing, web/URL content filtering. Experience with leading secure service edge technologies e.g. Zscaler, Netskope and Palo Alto is a plus.

  • Troubleshooting Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues efficiently. Proficiency in network analysis and troubleshooting tools.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their requirements, and convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest network technologies, trends, and security threats through self-study, training, and professional development activities.
