We are currently seeking a Network Security Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Position overview

Requirement for primary level customer support

Position's General Duties and Tasks:

• Working on Tickets
• Performing device health checkups
• Account buddy duties
• Working on device cleanup

Qualifications

Must have Skills:

• Basic understanding of Fortinet technology (2-3 years working experience)
• Basic understanding of Cisco ASA technology (2-3 years working experience)
• Nice to have knowledge on Palo Alto
• Graduate/Diploma
