Job Description

Background:

In light of current societal and environmental issues. Wishes to take concrete measures to minimize its ecological footprint and improve its contribution to society.  We are looking for a CSR consultant to support the transformation so that it can respond to environmental and societal challenges.

• Experience in CSR, prioritize topics and scope.
• Frame the diagnosis of the existing situation.
• Define CSR strategy and approach.
• Define KPIs to measure progress.
• Interact with numerous stakeholders (customers, suppliers,
• employees, etc.).
• Keep abreast of sustainable development issues in terms of practices, innovations, and regulations.
• Support the customer in setting up, deploying, and managing this CSR strategy.
• Coordinate and manage the various actions of the mission.
• Measure and evaluate the progress made by the company in its sustainable development approach.

Qualifications

The CSR consultant requires a solid foundation of knowledge and skills related to sustainable development and CSR, or directly linked to their specialty, such as:

• Materiality analysis
• Internal Use / Usage Interne
• Carbon footprint
• Cy analysis

Technical skills such as:

• Project management,
• Competitive intelligence and writing skills,
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and diplomacy, to work in a team as well as with various stakeholders and build trust,
• Adaptability (work environment, expectations, understanding needs, support),
• Curiosity, to keep abreast of the latest CSR news, research, and regulatory changes,
• Cross-functional vision,
• Strength of conviction,
• Analytical and synthesizing skills, to produce several deliverables and guarantee quality advice adapted to the strategic, economic, and social reality of the organization/customer,
• Pedagogy and diplomacy, to adapt your discourse to your different interlocutors,
• Proposal-driven,
• Priority management, to process a large amount of data and information simultaneously.

• Languages: 

  Portuguese and/or English.
