Position

Cyber Security Awareness Co-ordinator

Job Purpose

• To provide a support function to the Cybersecurity Awareness team in terms of co-ordination and administrative functions, including aspects of training communications and content, and analysis of data.
• Collaborate with other functions in the bank to execute on the cyber security awareness plan within the cyber resilience programme.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with administering the security awareness platform i.e., tracking completion rates monitoring campaigns, and downloading results.
• Assist with responses to queries in Team mailbox.
• Manage procurement processes and ordering of services and marketing material.
• Manage changes to the cyber security awareness plan and various internal communication calendars.
• Co-ordinate presentation and training requests from various stakeholders. 
• Play an active role in face-to-face events i.e., planning, logistics requirements, 
• Analyse data from various sources, compile draft reports, paying attention to insights. 
• Assist with drafting cyber related communications and distribute via various communication channels.
• Ensure stakeholders' needs are met. Maintain and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to a culture of transformation by participating in Nedbank culture building initiatives, business strategy, and CSI.
• Stay abreast of developments in field of expertise, ensuring personal and professional growth.
• Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision and values, leading by example.
• Identify opportunities to improve or enhance processes, adding value to Nedbank.

Minimum Experience Level

• 2-3 years general administration of which 1 year should be project management specific

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Preferred Certifications

• Cyber security related certifications or attendance of short courses
• Project management specific courses
