Our Security Team proactively safeguards our organization's information and assets, ensuring a robust security posture against threats and vulnerabilities. We support our internal teams and our customers with their security requests, and work collaboratively across the business to ensure the security of our organisation.

We are looking for a Security Analyst Intern to join us in our Edinburgh office, where they will receive mentorship and support from our global Security team. As part of our team, they will contribute and help develop UserTesting’s security posture and work on key projects during their internship. 

This is what you will be doing:

  • Assist with our Identity Access Governance Project, for role-based access controls and access approvals,
  • Work on our Zero-Trust Network Access project to secure our corporate devices,
  • Create and run phishing simulations within the organization,
  • Monitoring of the security tools currently in place (DLP, Incident Response, etc)

What we are looking for:

  • Curiosity about information security and data protection
  • Desire to learn and contribute to a global team who will help you learn on the job
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills.

No previous security or data protection experience is required for this position. Additionally, we do not require any specific education or training, just a willingness to learn on the job.
