As a manager within our Enterprise Cybersecurity team you will lead the work securing the processes and technology used daily by thousands of employees across the US and Europe. Users, end user platforms and SaaS tools are often primary targets of malicious actors - you will be joining the front line ranks to prevent intrusions and data loss.

What You’ll Do:

• Continue to build a growing a team of Enterprise cybersecurity engineers to secure our corporate infrastructure, call center systems, and back office applications
• Building upon our zero trust architecture strategy and owning roadmap and delivery of projects against that roadmap
• Work closely with our infrastructure teams on the security architecture for our cloud infrastructure and applications
• Secure various internal back office applications used by the business and SaaS tools such as O365, GSuite, Slack, Workday, ect.
• Partner closely with our Identity and Access Management team and drive our passwordless experience 
• Balance usability and flexibility for our customers and employees against the security benefits
• Harden endpoints, VOIP systems, and virtual desktop infrastructure while improving employee productivity

What You’ll Need:

• Strong knowledge in enterprise cybersecurity domains, including: network architecture, operating system security, encryption and key management, anti-malware, identity and access management, vulnerability management, VOIP, and security monitoring

• Implementing cloud security and architecture best practices and familiarity with the Beyondcorp/Zero Trust Architecture experience preferred
• Knowledge or experience with FIDO2 implementations and technologies
• Strong knowledge of standards/frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS Critical Security Controls, etc.).
• The ability to partner with our Risk and Compliance team on compliance requirements and experience working in the PCI DSS Framework preferred
