Calling all sports fans! Fanatics, Inc. is seeking an energetic non-exempt level Physical Security Specialist to work with our fulfillment and manufacturing teams.  We are looking for a customer-oriented representative who has a passion for reducing inventory shrink. The Physical Security Specialist is critical to the overall physical security and shrink reduction efforts within their assigned facility.  Key Responsibilities•Secure premises by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance equipment•Monitor and secure gates/doors, and record incidents daily•Conduct screening of personnel in a professional manor•Keep safety a top priority, and report any safety hazards•Monitor Behavior and Report Unusual Activity•Complete reports by recording observations, information and surveillance activities•Ability to Handle Confidential Information•Monitor parking lot, warehouse, and main office•Oversee day to day operation, and all job duties•Ensure all orders/policies are being followed•Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation•Education & Experience Requirements                                                                         • Previous Security Experience is Required•High school diploma required•Capable of following complex instructions•Ability to handle crisis situations•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Excellent surveillance and observation skills•Strong interpersonal skills•Ability to stand and walk for long periods at a time•Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)•Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus
