In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

What will you be bringing to the team?

Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the IT Security Analyst position we expect you to:

  • Protect the Institution’s IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Operate the Security assurance platforms and tools
  • Participate in the provisioning of application security services and secure coding practices
  • Source code review/ automated static code analysis (e.g. MicroFocus Fortify, HCL AppScan, etc.)
  • Vulnerability scanning tools and techniques (e.g. Nmap, Nessus, Acunetix, MicroFocus, Burp, etc.)
  • Penetration testing using various tools (including Kali, Metasploit)
  • Auditing and reviewing configuration of software, communication, computing systems
  • Continuous vulnerability management (follow-up and remediation), including asset inventory
  • Respond to incidents and perform technical analysis tasks
  • Detect and analyse security events; plan, execute and monitor the operations
  • Design, implement and manage technical security architectures, systems and software
  • Develop associated processes and procedures and follow-up on their implementation
  • Develop scripts and programs for a more efficient automation
  • Support other ICT Security activities:
    • Provide input for policies/standards/baselines writing;
    • Perform market analyses, set up labs/PoC for assessing and participate in the evaluation and selection of appropriate technical solutions and/or tools;
    • Contribute to technical presentations and demos for user awareness

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

    • Master + at least 6 years of professional experience in the following specific fields:
    • Three years’ operational and technical experience related to cyber-defence: deployment/operation of a SOC, CSIRT, Security assessment platform or technical Security infrastructure (PKI, endpoint...); and
    • Two years’ experience as a team leader or technical leader for major security-related projects
    • At least one ICT Security professional certification is also required
    • Very good knowledge of both written and oral English. Good command of French is an asset
    • Excellent organisational skills, ability to work with a minimum supervision and be committed to excellence and quality service delivery
    • Ability to generate reports and written analysis on complex and multi-domain security topics, both at high and technical levels
