You will support the management and implementation of our risk & compliance program, perform risk assessments, assist in the development of training and awareness campaigns, conduct internal audits, and maintain business continuity plans.

This role requires experience in enterprise risk management and compliance applied to healthcare, software, biotech, pharma, or other highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities and deliverables

As our Risk & Compliance Specialist you will:

Compliance:

  • Assist the team to support the management and implementation of our comprehensive compliance program (especially on Data Protection, ABAC, Fraud, AML-CFT, Economic Sanctions & Embargoes)
  • Perform internal inspections and audits on high-risk areas to mitigate business and compliance risks
  • Set up and updates policies and procedures related to risk management, data protection, compliance, corporate governance, and insurance
  • Conduct governance, risk, compliance, and assurance training, awareness campaigns, and workshops. Develop tailored training materials for various audience groups (sales representatives, general staff, distributors, etc.)

Risk Management

  • well as our business continuity management framework.
  • Perform audits based on risk mapping and prioritization results.
  • Based on audit results, identify process or business control improvement opportunities, initiate relevant discussion with stakeholders and/or process owners, and follow up.
  • Ensure appropriate insurance coverage in accordance with our risk profile. Assist in the management of company insurance policies

Requirements

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • 2 to 4 years of consulting experience in a consulting firm / Big4
  • Masters’ degree in finance, business administration, compliance, law
  • CIA, CFE, Risk Management and/or Compliance certificate desired
  • Proven experience working in project management applied to risk and compliance
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing, designing, and implementing governance, risk and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in healthcare, software, biotech, pharma or other highly regulated industries (preferable)
  • Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
  • Experience working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make the complex simple
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Socially minded team player with a positive mindset.
  • Fluent in English, preferably French and any other language

Location: Rolle, Switzerland. Office-based, including 2 days per week remote / 3 days on-site.
