RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for bright, motivated, and analytical minds to join our Kroll Responder Business Operations team as a Support Associate, supporting Kroll Responder services globally.  This practice area supports the day-to-day functioning and set up of Kroll’s service, primarily managed endpoint detection and incident response clients. The candidate will focus on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of client security subscriptions, supporting the EMEA Sales team in managing uplifts and renewals in licensing. In addition, the role would link to Kroll finance, with a responsibility for invoicing, overage management and contract management. This role is fully remote.

  1. Managed Services license procurement from security software providers, liaising with the EMEA sales function for new clients and renewals.  This role required frequent liaison both online and in person.
  2. Maintain the license Asset Register and database – ensure all the client, license and service information is up to date, linking to the EMEA sales team to make sure renewals are processed in a timely manner.
  3. Ensure new contracts, renewals and uplifts are invoiced, maintain the recurring invoice tracking.
  4. Process Incident Response extensions internally and contact license vendors where necessary.
  5. Process Incident Protection Warranty registrations.
  6. Process Managed Service overage charges (ensure Change Order Forms and POs are requested from the clients, request invoices from Project Billing, update the overages tracker) 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ working in a business support role, ideally in Information Technology with a record of delivering results.
  • Experience working within the information security industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience in working as part of an internal finance team is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accurate account tracking and management.
  • Ability to respond rapidly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal teams and vendors.
  • Must be detail and process oriented, requiring demonstrated excellence in time management, project management and prioritization.
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to think independently, critically, and exercise good business judgement and maintain professional demeanor in all vendor and colleague interactions.
  • Must be enthusiastic, flexible, and collaborative.
  • While this role is remote working the successful candidate muse be able to periodically work from Kroll’s UK offices to support Kroll’s EMEA Sales team and meet with Kroll’s vendors.
