The Role

As an Information Transformation Head is responsible in managing a team of security designers and architects who ensure the identifucation, and recovery from cyber vulnerabilities. Their teams define and develop security requirements and integration plans to protect the assisting infrastructure as well as provide guidance in incorporating current technologies to future solutions.

How you'll contribute

• Develops and drives strategic Infosec initiatives; Ensures that these align with other technology initiatives and the overall IT security strategy of SBC 
• Owns the Infosec strategy and architecture vision; Develop a long-term roadmap and drives its implementation
• Partners with key stakeholders and technology teams to encourage the adoption of security-compatible software designs and best practices
• Defines fundamental Infosec requirements, procedures, and processes for solution design
• Creates and maintains detailed information security roadmaps and programs that improve SBC's overall risk posture

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• At least 10 years of experience in design and implementing Information Security Systems and Technical Controls
• Experience in implementing Informatuion Security Frameworks, Standards and Best Practices.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Certifications related to Information Security Management such as:
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Information Security related Technology Certifications
