$60,000 - 80,000 USD doe

The Role:

The IT Security Administrator role is a critical role that will be leading the charge on building and maintaining IT infrastructure and security at Glorious.


Primary Responsibilities:

Some of the duties that will be expected of this position include:

  • Monitor all operations and infrastructure. Involves going through alerts and logs in order to keep an eye on your organization’s digital security footprint. This will include monitoring end point protection services
  • Supporting general company IT infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to device management and support, software installations, security updates, email support, VPN management, and other administrative IT tasks
  • Maintain all security tools and technology
  • Monitor internal and external policy compliance. Ensure that both the vendors and employees understand the cybersecurity risk management policies and that they operate within that framework. You will be responsible for making sure things are in line internally
  • Working with different departments in the organization to reduce risk. From technical controls to policies (and everything in between), you’ll likely be tasked with working across the aisle of departments in your organization to get everyone on the same page
  • Help vet and audit vendor solutions (as well as internal solutions). If your organization is looking at a new technology, you must evaluate it and help implement any controls that might mitigate the risk of its operation
  • Audit policies and controls continuously. Regularly auditing the policies and controls put into place will which will help if there’s anything we need to improve, remediate, or quickly fix
  • Maintain the security incident response program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related certifications, or work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and IT Support
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience with the following:
    • Security controls such as CIS, NIST, CSF, FFIEC
    • M365
    • Rippling HR Software (or equivalent)
    • Endpoint Protection Software
    • General Device management / IT Support experience
    • Windows, Linux, Mobile, Virtual systems
    • Active Directory, Group Policy
    • Network and Firewalls
    • Common networking, authentication, and communication protocols
