Our Information Security team is responsible for proactive identification and mitigation of security and compliance risks to our control environment. The team validates internal security controls to provide assurance of the Datadog products and builds trust with our customers. As a leader of the Information Security engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a monitoring platform to continuously test, and track evidence to prove that our security controls are operating as per design. In this role, you’ll work closely with Datadog’s product and engineering teams to either identify and enhance existing products and features or build new features/services to meet our needs and help us scale our operations.

-

-
Create and report on development roadmap in conjunction with other product and engineering teams
Who You Are:
-
You’ve managed and lead one or more development teams and have experience building automation and/or tooling
-
A proven ability to architect, build, and operate distributed systems to solve problems at high scale
-
You’re comfortable managing geographically distributed teams, delegating effectively and maintaining a high level of technical and operational excellence
-
You’re adept at motivating people through a combination of clear communication, a track record of successful and rapid execution, and an ambitious vision.
-
Experienced in working and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, distributed organization
Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.
