IT Security Analyst

We are looking for a skilled IT-Security analyst with a few years of experience to join our team at flatexDEGIRO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, incident response, and threat analysis. The role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining security systems to protect our company's network, data, and assets.

This is what you’ll do

• Identification and assessment of threats and attack techniques (thread intelligence)
• Development and maintenance of the IT security infrastructure
• Operational support for technical security issues
• Proactive monitoring, log file analysis and active scans of systems
• Performing vulnerability analysis and ensuring proper follow-up by the responsible teams.
• Investigation of security incidents
• Occasional willingness to travel to one of our offices.

You bring us these skills

• Completed studies in the field of IT security/computer science, training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification.
• Distinct practical experience in a comparable position
• Good analytical skills
• Understanding of threat scenarios, priorities, and attack vectors
• Experience with network technologies (OSI-model)
• Knowledge of vulnerability management solutions and endpoint protection is an advantage.
• Structured, solution-oriented and self-reliant way of working
• Confident communication and presentation skills and good command of the English language
