Security Architect

We are looking for a Security Architect to work for us On-site from Hague (NL).

Security architecture aims to provide a safe communication and information infrastructure for the Contracting EU-Is' user community and information systems by planning, designing and ensuring implementation of a sound and robust security in depth defence infrastructure.

The overall cyber defence architecture shall provide the necessary foundation to design, document, deploy, maintain and monitor security solutions and infrastructures, including security controls, that are required to efficiently prevent, detect and respond to security incidents and cyber attacks as well as implementing security policy requirements. In particular, it shall rely on standardised and reusable architectural and design patterns (technical security architecture) that fully support the business and functional requirements whilst promoting an efficient segmentation of the infrastructure components to facilitate the identification, containment, eradication and recovery from a compromise. This service encompasses ITIL Service design and service transition phases.

Key Requirements 

• Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, Syslog-ng, etc.) - 3 years
• Defence-in-depth Security Architecture - 3 years

Certifications

At least 1 certification among:

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• SABSA Chartered Security Architect - Foundation Certificate (SCF)
• TOGAF Foundation
• CNDA (EC-Council Certified Network Defense Architect)

Methodologies

At least 1 of the following methodologies:

• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), SABSA (Sherwood Applied Business Security Architecture) or equivalent (subject to acceptance by the Contracting EU-I

At least 1 of the following Risk Assessment methodologies:

• EBIOS, CRAMM, PILAR or equivalent (subject to acceptance by the Contracting EU-I)

Standards

• ISO2700X Series

The following documents / procedures will be requested to successfully complete the hiring process:

• A copy of your university degree(s)
• A copy of your criminal record
• Security Clearance Procedure
