Job Description

Skills:

• Knowhow in IT systems
• Experience in Payment related processes and the technical overview
• Overview on internet based activities, http based requests and in general sending requests, posting messages and receiving responses
• Know-how in interpreting the error messages in the payment processes in applications and ability to resolve them
• Experience in the Application Support Activities and coordination with multiple stakeholders and end users
• Good Business Process knowledge (Like Purchasing, logistics, Sales, etc.,)
• Experience in SAP authorizations (SAP roles, transaction codes, etc.,) will be an added advantage
• Overview and Experience in Information Security and/or Identity and Access Management Processes will be an added advantage
• Good working knowledge in MS office (Excel, word and PPT). Knowhow in excel functions (E.g., Pivot table, charts , lookup functions, etc.,)
• Basic overview and experience in VBA scripts, Macros and BI reporting tools will be an added advantage
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Know-how on ITIL service management processes will be an added advantage
• Should be a good team player, flexible and deadline oriented

Responsibility

• Ensure the customer KPI's, quality and deliverables are met
• Primary contact to Worldwide customer department users on process inquiries and day to day operations in the Applications
• Technical Support and consulting on the integration of the customers IT Applications to the central gateways
• Business Support for on-boarding the customers IT Applications to the central gateways and ongoing Administration of various user accounts and authorizations
• Support towards Security and Risk compliance controls with respect to various Bosch regulations
• Request handing on all the support queries from the customers and Escalation handling on need basis
• Consult users on Authorization related topics
• Mailbox handling and query handling

Qualifications

BCA/MCA/BSC/MSC and graduation

65 – 75% aggregate

Minimum 4 years of Experience in the relevant skills
