Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the cross-functional team responsible for DevOps, IT, Security and our Information Security Management System
• Ensure that our systems and processes are secure, efficient, and reliable
• Communicate our security policies to clients and prospects and answer their questions
• Evolve our existing ISMS as the company grows
• Take advantage of modern tooling and automation to improve our policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to enable the rest of the business to function efficiently and securely.
• Working closely with the Lead DevOps Engineer to maintain and drive our DevOps culture across all of our technical teams
  

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience of ISO27001
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to think strategically and identify areas for improvement
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Open Banking
• Technical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
