SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Global Security Operations Manager to join us in keeping our people safe around the world. In this role, you will report to the Head of Security Strategy as part of a small team responsible for all aspects of physical security for Wiz worldwide. As the global head of security operations, you will assume day-to-day responsibility for access management at all Wiz offices, for our executive protection program and for some aspects of insider threat mitigation. In addition, you will work closely with the Head of Security Strategy on a range of tasks on an ad-hoc basis. Wiz is growing at a record pace and this role is integral to ensuring the security of our people wherever they are.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and embed access management protocols across the global Wiz estate, verifying compliance and ensuring best practice.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of the Wiz executive protection program.
• Partner with colleagues in Operations, HR and GRC to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration in security operations.
• Support the development of certain aspects of the insider threat program.
• Work closely with the Head of Security strategy on ad-hoc project work, including internal investigations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 7+ years’ experience in security, security operations or intelligence roles (private or public sector).
• Experience working with SaaS companies and/or management consulting.
• Experience partnering with Security, Compliance, Operations, and HR teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in challenging international jurisdictions including (but not limited to) LatAm, MENA and Asia.
• Foreign language skills (desirable, not essential).
• Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
• Technical aptitude: experience working with access management and other corporate security software platforms.
• Strong business acumen and intuition for proactive partnership with stakeholders across the company.
• Ability to adapt and maintain a high standard in a complex and changing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
