Security Research Manager

Nozomi Networks is looking for a talented Manager with extensive cybersecurity experience to lead and coordinate the Security Research Team. The candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising activities, contributing to the team's growth, and leading people toward the strategic direction. You will play a key role in hiring new talents and contributing to the company's mission of bringing innovation and protecting customers operating in critical infrastructures.

You will play a key role in driving the team to deliver on-time results, including:

• Perform cutting-edge research to be shared in high-profile conferences
• Discover and report new vulnerabilities on IoT/OT devices
• Deliver prime-quality Threat Intelligence to customers
• Drive improvements and innovation in our products
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve strategic goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Cybersecurity, Research, and Threat Intelligence
• Experience leading people and teams in a busy and flexible environment
• Bachelor's degree in a computer science or engineering field or equivalent
• Excellent business English level
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
• Excellent management skills
• Attitude to operate in environments including data covered by non-disclosure agreements and high-level of confidentiality

The role requires working on-site in our Swiss headquarter in Mendrisio.
