The programme

This is a full-time paid internship to begin on 5th June and conclude on 4th August 2023.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Opportunity to create/develop information security metrics and dashboards
• Assist with integrating modern IT and security technologies into our central security log aggregator
• Participate (and collaborate) in daily stand-up discussions regarding current threats and ongoing projects
•  Participate in architecture design and security assessment meetings, giving exposure to cloud technology and opportunity to provide feedback

Qualifications

What you’ll need

• Great eye for detail
• Be able to identify opportunities for innovation and change
•  Comfortable working with numbers
•  An Information Technology related degree
• Coding skills preferred
• Strong interest in cyber security

And, in addition:

• You will be a penultimate year student (graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree)
• You are on track for a 2:1 or above (or equivalent)
• Right to Work in UK
