Job Description

A3T is seeking qualified candidates to work with our client and provide policy, oversite, compliance guidance, implementation, synchronization and execution services to meet the Government’s mission requirements. We will be providing quick-response services, such as document reviews and preparing technical and procedural information papers, as well as providing technical services in support of conferences and meetings as directed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis for various DoD/Army Cyber/Cybersecurity Scorecards
• Provide periodic updates (oral and written) to HQDA CIO and other Army leadership based on the data analysis
• The contractor shall identify policy, resource and technical gaps, emerging requirements, trend analysis, and other requirements to support compliance with each scorecard metric area and work with DoD CIO, other Services, Army organizations, and Army staff SMEs to develop policy, standards, and strategy recommendations that ensure the Army meets prescribed metric thresholds
• Coordinate with DoD, other Service reps, and Army organizations to stay apprised of policy and scorecard changes that impact reporting requirements
• Facilitate meetings (virtual and in person) in support of scorecard requirements, sharing information with appropriate persons and organizations before and afterwards, providing feedback as required.
• Provide action officer support with developing and staffing orders (execution orders and fragmentary orders), completing taskers IAW assigned suspense date, and developing executive level presentations
• Ascertain and maintain accurate points of contact information across necessary organizations relative to the scorecards and taskers for scorecard requirements, information gathering and dissemination, mission accomplishment, and in support of leadership

Qualifications

• Top Secret security clearance
• Have knowledge/skills of Army policies, public laws, regulations, procedures, cyber and cybersecurity tools, and methods associated with Cybersecurity
• Perform as a self-starter, able to drive projects to completion in a fast-moving environment
• Have solid communications skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to create, develop and maintain a roadmap for Cybersecurity metrics and related tools, to include divesting and integrating new capabilities, operations and technologies
• Ability to evaluate and recommend changes and/or technology upgrades to address performance, standardization and be able to discuss, monitor, and investigate Cybersecurity metrics, related tools, performance, faults, and recommended improvements
