Role: Pueo has an opportunity for an experienced TS/SCI cleared Program Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. The Program Manager is charged with leading a critical Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Contract. This leadership role is designed for an individual capable of strategic collaboration with the highest levels of the client organizations to ensure the program's direction, strategy, and expectations fully support the customers operational and strategic goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain engagement with senior leadership and other key stakeholders, ensuring program alignment with strategic missions and objectives,
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the DoD Cyber mission, evaluating the impact of managerial practices and aligning them with program goals,
  • Define problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data, utilizing findings to offer advice and recommend effective solutions,
  • Facilitate critical discussions and analyses, employing expertise to inform decision-making processes in support of senior organizational leadership and policymakers,
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in areas crucial to the program's success, including but not limited to, cloud and systems architectures, security architecture, and or software development,
  • Guide the program's risk management framework, employing extensive knowledge in continuous monitoring, risk scoring, and management practices to safeguard against threats.

Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly,
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education,
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant analysis experience within the specific labor category, with a portion of this experience gained within the last 2 years. This includes substantial experience working with DoD or intelligence community contracts, demonstrating a track record of strategic project management and innovation,
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to define complex problems, conduct comprehensive studies, and recommend data-driven solutions,
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and strategic concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Deep expertise in the intelligence community's operational needs and the technical challenges specific to the DIA's CIO mission,
  • IAT Level III Certification,
  • PMP Certification.
