What will you do:

CyberArk is looking for a Security Operation Management Student to join our Product Security group within the R&D.

As a security operation you will lead cross-company activities that are directly improving the security posture of CyberArk products.

You will work with R&D Engineering and Product teams to continuously improve the security posture of the services.

• Aligning vulnerability management with the R&D and Product and ensuring continues monitoring.
• Improving & maturing established security metrics associated with vulnerability management, security operations center, security monitoring, etc.
• Overseeing the Internal PT program, planning and traking the quarterly progress
• Overseeing the External PT program, working closely with vendors and R&D teams to ensure continues improvement.
• Supporting security quarterly planning for the R&D teams

What you need to succeed:

• Ability to work at least 2.5 days a week for at least three semesters
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibilities
• Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks and ensure their accurate completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Creative and innovative approach to recruitment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A true team player
• Verbal and written skills in English
