Job Description

The Senior Security Analyst position is for a senior level cybersecurity professional to lead Security initiatives and programs. You will develop and implement a diverse and multi-faceted Cybersecurity and Risk practice including Security Posture Management for Cloud, On-prem Data Centers, Endpoints, Applications, APIs and Network. What we are looking for

You will bring and continuously build upon the following skills,

  • Experience in Cybersecurity Solution Architecture, Security Patterns and strategy
  • In-Depth expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
  • Deep understanding of Security Frameworks (NIST, ISO, COSO, COBIT, CMMI) and expertise in implementation.
  • Expertise in defining, designing, implementing and measurement of security policies, processes, standards, controls.
  • Experience with SAFE Agile, secure software development SecDevOps.
  • Experience Securing MS Azure infrastructure and MS Defender Security portfolio.
  • Experience with Palo Alto Network Prisma, CSPM, Defender portfolio.
  • Experience with End point security services, Zero Trust, Ransomware, CASB, SIEM.
  • Design and develop security measures to ensure Cybersecurity is fully integrated.
  • Define future state and validate current state models to assess gaps and impacts.  
  • Assess and enhance current processes adding value and efficiencies.
  • Provide direct support to audit and ad-hoc consulting engagements.

Experience and Soft Skills

  • At least Five (5) years of experience cybersecurity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes across all levels in the organization.
  • A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure, remaining open to change and continuous improvement.
  • A deep appreciation for and understanding of the benefits of having a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion.
  • Provide and exhibit an expert understanding of specific technical concepts and solutions.
  • Research and investigate independently new issues and innovations to maintain currency of technical expertise.
  • Intermediate experience with Security scanning tools for Infrastructure, Applications.
  • Previous data analytics and reporting experience using PowerBI or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with key vendors, partners, and other cross-functional teams.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Toronto, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$92,190.00 CAD - $171,210.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
