This Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst position supports the DoD client and is responsible for leading and conducting fused intelligence analysis to enable the tracking and exploitation of Malicious Cyber Actors' tactics, training, and procedures (TTPs) and indicators of compromise (IOCs), and develop a range of other heuristic and pattern of life informational products to support Whole-of-Government effects-based solutions to deny adversary access and ability to exploit U.S. critical technologies and directly support Law Enforcement and Counterintelligence (LE/CI) collections operations and investigative cases. This role requires extensive experience as a liaison with external commands and stakeholders, integrating original analysis into actionable outcomes through coordinated multi-agency operations and support to CI collection missions and investigations.
Working as an expert in the field, you’ll research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with a specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare TTPs focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and U.S. and DoD information networks. You will prepare intelligence assessments, technical information papers, and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified and Open-Source information. You'll correlate threat data from various sources. You will develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure unhindered operations. You'll collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. You will be responsible for producing high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior U.S. government intelligence and network operations officials.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience performing processing, triage, threat analysis, and response to cyber incident reports
- 5+ years of experience providing integrated cyber and intelligence analysis, advanced analytics, and data science to support national security, criminal, cyber, and CI investigations and operations
- 5+ years of experience with Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) tradecraft and reporting, including writing, editing, and publishing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and with software-based production or collection management systems such as CHROME and CRATE
- Experience drafting and editing authoritative and finished intelligence, including IC assessments, executive summaries, information papers, and papers on key topics to prepare senior leaders for senior DoD, Inter-Agency, and international meetings
- Experience in using IC databases, analytical tool suites, and commercial tool suite applications to analyze classified and OSINT data and conduct PAI research
- Knowledge of the DoD and service level, including Army, Navy, and Air Force intelligence communities, including collection methods and production resources and responsibilities
- Knowledge of network and application protocols, cyber vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques, and cyber threat and adversary methodologies
- Ability to perform queries on indicators, behaviors, and characteristics
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree

- Net+, Security+, CEH, CCNA, or SANS Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
