We have an immediate opportunity available for a senior Business Continuity Planning (BCP) specialist with experience of implementing and managing business continuity programmes to join us in Delhi. This is a consulting assignment, working on a project for an initial period of 2-months, based on-site with our client, a large and recognisable manufacturing company.

This project has an ASAP start date and we are therefore keen to hear from established Business Continuity professionals who are based in Delhi, or have the ability to relocate there, and are available to commence employment at short notice.

Working as part of our client's team, duties will broadly consist of:

  • Conduct business impact assessments to determine core business functions, dependencies, priorities for recovery, recovery requirements, and recovery time objective(s).
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to recovery capabilities and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  • Working with regional business teams to conduct business impact and risk assessments, identify critical services, define recovery objectives, and map critical dependencies.
  • Partnering with business teams to coordinate recovery strategies as identified through the Business Continuity planning process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' dedicated experience implementing and managing business continuity or risk management programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.

Preferred:

  • 8+ years' experience implementing and managing business continuity or risk management programs.
  • Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), Business Continuity Institute (BCI), or other business continuity professional certification.
  • Experience with commercial Business Continuity tools.
  • Experience managing and analyzing data from various sources to align to strategic goals.
  • Experience in responding to significant disruptive events.
  • Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people, and technology challenges to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the written and oral communication skills necessary to build relationships and positively influence decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple complex projects
