About the Role:
As the OT Security Architect, your role is to develop and implement operational technology security architecture aligned with business strategy. You'll provide expert advice, conduct security testing, and evaluate technologies, ensuring robust security measures.
- Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligning OT security frameworks with business goals.
  • Conducting security analysis and providing expert guidance.
  • Leading external and internal security testing.
  • Evaluating and recommending security technologies.
  • Creating and maintaining security documentation.

- Key Stakeholder Interactions:

  • Collaboration with Product Managers, Head of Platforms, and Group Engineering.
  • Engagement with Enterprise Architect and Group Security.

 

About You:

  • Strong understanding of OT networks, protocols, assets/devices, and engineering of those solutions
  • Strong understanding of OT/energy security, components, and challenges
  • Strong understanding of key cyber security controls that should be implemented within OT environments
  • Ability to engage at the executive level for business case and solution sign-off
  • Understanding the international standards involved in connecting OT technology including but not limited to network protocols, OPC-UA, ISA95/Purdue Model, ISA99, EC 62443, NERC CIP, or ICS/Operational technology standards and global regulatory requirements would also be desirable
  • Result-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in OT networks, protocols, and cyber security controls.
  • Ability to engage executives for solution sign-off.
  • Familiarity with international standards and regulatory requirements in OT technology.

 

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 45,000€ to 65,000€(Portugal), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills, experience and location. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
