Job Description

  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of SCCM systems. 
  • Administer SCCM server performance and ensure availability. 
  • Design and maintain system tools, scripts, and automation processes. 
  • Monitor capacity planning. 
  • Create high-level and low-level design documents as required for solutions.

  • User Support: Assist end-users with technical issues professionally and empathetically.

  • Meeting Participation: Actively participate in meetings, discussions, and planning sessions related to SCCM infrastructure projects.

Required Technical Competencies

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SCCM Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the management and maintenance of our SCCM systems. This role involves a range of responsibilities, from server builds and scripting to troubleshooting and system optimization. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, technically proficient professional who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Should have strong experience in Microsoft Endpoint configuration Manager. 
  • In-depth knowledge in the design and installation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. 
  • Should have knowledge of SCCM Administration, network ports, boundaries, Discovery methods. 
  • Troubleshoot issues related to software delivery, patch management, inventory solutions etc 
  • Monthly MS patch deployment and reporting of Patching, Software Distribution, Agent status. 
  • Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards using WQL / SQL Reports 
  • Create and manage application and Package deployments and troubleshooting of failed deployments. 
  • Knowledge on e-mail approval application deployment 
  • SCCM client deployments/Upgrade and troubleshooting 
  • Certificates deployments from SCCM 
  • Should have experience in SCCM In Place upgrade and OS In place upgrades. 
  • Monitor Microsoft SCCM Platform health and mitigate identified problems 
  • Troubleshooting content distribution issues 
  • Strong experience in Windows Image Capture, Task sequence creation, Drivers management and Boot Images. 
  • Should have strong troubleshooting knowledge on PXE and offline Image deployments. 
  • Should have knowledge on SCCM backup and restore. 
  • In depth knowledge on Windows updates deployment issues 
  • Preferred relevant certifications. 
  • Knowledge on PowerShell scripting and SQL Database
