Legal & Compliance Intern at SpyCloud

SpyCloud’s Legal & Compliance team is seeking an intern to join them this summer! At SpyCloud, we're on a mission to make the internet a safer place by disrupting cybercrime. Internship Overview

As a Legal & Compliance intern based at SpyCloud’s Austin, Texas office, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal and compliance field within the cybersecurity industry. You'll work alongside our experienced Legal & Compliance team, assisting with a variety of projects and tasks aimed at ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across our organization.

 

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Legal & Compliance team in conducting research on legal and compliance matters
  • Review and capture data from our agreements
  • Assist with developing contract templates and playbooks
  • Assist with developing and reviewing compliance policies, privacy notices, and other legal and compliance documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SpyCloud Labs, Product, and SecOps on various legal matters

 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a demonstrated interest in law.

Strong academic record Excellent research, analytical, and writing skillsDemonstrated interest in technology, cybersecurity, and emerging trends in the tech industry

  • Located in Austin, Texas for the duration of the summer term (June 3rd - August 2nd)
  • On-site attendance once a week
