Your Opportunity

Forming part of the Enterprise - Cyber team this position will play a key role by:

  • Leading the delivery of cyber security reviews and technology risk & assurance services, including IT internal audits, service organisation controls reporting, IT risk assessments and IT project assurance reviews in multiple industries, to KPMG clients
  • Leading team in performing gap and maturity assessments between the security processes and operations of our clients against recognized global and domestic standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, APRA CPS 234, VPDSF, PSPF, etc.)
  • Working with our clients to develop information security strategies, manage security uplift programmes and provide advice to enhance existing cyber security arrangements
  • Leading and coaching the junior staff to deliver the appropriate outcomes, supporting senior team members with day to day engagements with client, vendor and KPMG teams to ensure that all technology aspects of audit plans are delivered on time, on budget and in line with timelines and supporting the KPMG Partner and Manager group in business development activities, including assisting with the development of proposals for new business

  • Impeccable written and very strong verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prepare the very high-quality client-ready deliverables and present to the senior leadership team for review
  • An understanding of Cyber Security maturity assessments against recognised global and domestic standards and regulations (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, ISM, PSPF, APRA CPS 234).
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (such as Computing, Engineering, Information Systems, IT or related).
  • High level of organisation and ability to manage conflicting deadlines, priorities and wide variety of work engagements.

Additional Information

We are looking for applicants that have relevant tertiary qualifications including a CA or CPA or equivalent, or ability to obtain a CA or CPA.
