What You Will Be Doing:

• Responsible for leading and managing Ivanti Security Product which interfaces with Ivanti Connect Secure, Policy Secure and Zero Trust Products.
• Produce high-quality software following good architecture and design principles that you and your team will find easy to work with in the future.
• Creates detailed development plans, prioritizes work assignments, and assigns projects based on available resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Use Agile principles to run the development lifecycle for team’s applications and services.
• Ensure that you maximize the productivity of your team, especially by predicting and resolving obstacles and dependencies before they’re needed.
• Contributing to talent hiring, people skill development, setting objectives and goals.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

Core Skills:

• 15+ years of hands-on software Engineering experience targeting Linux/Unix applications.
• Proficient in C & C++ and good experience in Perl & Python
• Expert in Linux system and middleware programming
• Minimum 3-4 years of managing multi-disciplinary team of developers and quality engineers in the Networking and/or Security space.
• Good understanding of the Linux Operating System Internals, Linux OS Bring Up, Secure Boot, Bootloader, SELinux.
• Strong understanding of certificates and cryptography
• Good Understanding of Networking Protocols (DHCP, TCP/IP, AAA, RADIUS, LDAP, SNMP, 802.1X, IPSec) a BIG PLUS
• Significant plus: experience working on Platform side for Enterprise Networking or Security Appliances
• Significant plus: of Experience working in Networking Security products preferably in SSL-VPN, NAC, WAF or Firewall products
• Ability to triage, reproduce, recommend remediations and implement fixes for security vulnerabilities
